What Point E is

Point E is the centre of your octagram: the result of adding your Point A (day), your Point B (month), your Point C (year), and your Point D (the synthesis of the previous three), always reduced to a number between 1 and 22. Mathematically, it’s the position that synthesises all the others — which is why it occupies the geometric centre of the matrix — and why it’s usually considered the most important position for understanding your core identity.

Why it’s called the comfort zone

It’s called the “comfort zone” because it describes the energy you naturally return to, almost without deciding to, at any stage of your life.
